I have always had a love of the art world, I suppose that's why I became a photographer. With that being said, it's one of the reasons I couldnt stay away from DA for too long. My absense as of late has been due to the business of life and all that consists of. I would come back from time to time to glimpse at the happenings around here, but never really stayed long. It's always been forever since I really uploaded any works of my own, I am however trying to change that yet again. My camera has most definitely been neglected as I've not really picked it up much these last few months. Again that is something I'm trying to change. I also decided to close down my business for a while so I have time to shoot what I really want to shoot, to make artistic pictures instead of the same run of the mill shoots of families, kids, couples, etc... now, dont get me wrong, I loved working with all my clients, it was a joy and pleasure, but I have been longing for something more satisfying for myself and my work. Again my love of the art world is what's prompted this change, my desire to create and express my artistic vision and to one day when I'm old and gray, be able to look back and be satisfied in my accomplishments in expression. So, from now on I will be striding toward that goal, doing what catches my interests and seeing where this path leads!
